In local regions, offices are open from 7:00 am to 11:00 p.m. and from 13:00p.m. to 17:00 p.m. Banks are open from 7:30 or 8:00 a.m. to 15:30p.m. Banks are closed on Saturday afternoons and Sundays.
Private shops are open from 8:00 or 8:30 a.m. to 21:00 or 22:00 p.m.
