back to the applicant’s addresses in the UK
only. It is guaranteed by the ROYAL MAIL that
the delivery to MOST areas of the UK will be by
13:00 pm next WORKING DAY.
Recorded Royal Mail service (International
Signed For) will be used for sending passport(s)
back to the applicant’s addresses in Ireland.
Royal Mail does not guarantee the delivery time
to international destinations, including
Ireland. Normally, it would takes at least three
to five working days.
The new pricing system introduced by Royal Mail
effective as of 2nd April 2007 based
on both SIZE and WEIGHT of the envelope. It is
preferred that Royal Mail Special Delivery
envelope (available in most UK post offices) to
be used as the your self-addressed envelope
sending to us.
If another type of self-addressed envelope is
used, please ensure that it follows the format
set by Royal Mail for the envelope, which is C5+
or under (Length = max 240mm) x (Width
= max 165mm) x (Thickness = max 5mm).
However, in any circumtances, it must be large
enough to accommodate passport(s) inside.
